NADA is a five-point ear acupuncture protocol rooted in community healthcare movements. Pioneered by the Black Panthers and the Young Lords as a tool for collective healing, the practice was originally developed to support detoxification.NADA promotes relaxation and well-being, improved sleep and stimulation and strengthening of the body's meridians.
Molly Daniel is a qualified NADA GB practitioner with a background in community and care work.
During a session, we sit in a quiet group circle for up to 40 minutes with five small, sterile needles (or acupressure beads) placed in each ear. NADA is open to all. In princinple NADA is free at the point of entry, and we invite contributions on a sliding scale to keep the circle sustained and supported.
